"Called them this morning about 8:30 AM and told the office we heard gurgling from the toilets when taking a shower. The office person said the likely cause was a clogged septic tank filter. The office said their crews were really backed up and they likely couldn't arrive until tomorrow. At about 11:00 AM the office called and said someone cancelled and they would arrive today, The crew arrived around 12 noon and uncovered the access covers to the septic tank, cleaned the filter and pumped out the tank. Jay and Moe did a great job. Jay provided a recommendation for a different type septic tank filter that won't clog up as quickly. Jay said to buy it from Amazon and they (Green's Crew) could install it the next time the tank is pumped. We really appreciate Green's bumping us up in their schedule to get this job done earlier than expected and we really appreciate the workers (Jay and Moe) that do this type work in a professional and workman like manner."

"We had our main water pipe burst out in the middle of night, and while we lost a lot of water overnight (the bill from the water company hasn't arrived yet), the first one who responded with assistance in less than 24 hours were the guys from Drain Genie Plumbing. John, the owner, sent two plumbers, Adrian and Aaron, who had worked for more than 4 hours until 12:00am (!) and didn't leave before patiently making sure everything was working and in order. The finished the repair and cleaned everything showing the professionalism and patience. I'd definitely hire them again!"

"Andrew was hired for a urgent water heater repair for my renters. I called several plumbers and because it was a old heater they all recommended replacement. Repair the old heater would take 2+ days to get parts. I chose QCP because he had parts and said he would come after 6PM that day and at very reasonable cost. I will hire him to come back and replace the old heater. Andrew is just the kind of plumber you hope to find"
