So far he and his team have remodeled 2 bedrooms including building a built in desk and 3 drawer cabinet, installed wood flooring, built cabinets in closet, built wall to wall bookshelves, installed 2 new doors, replaced a window with glass block, exterior stucco, drywalled entire garage with new electrical, remodeled 2 bathrooms foundation up including new copper plumbing new sewer drains, new sub flooring, tile floors and walls, sinks, cabinets, showers, all fixtures and painting. he is very professional ,takes all covid precautions, is on time, works all day and then some, finishes when he says it will be done and at the price he quoted. Yan came out to my house with in a few days of reaching out, he gave us our quotes and we chose to go with Yan and Evergreen Construction Group. Yan was amazing at getting a team to come to the house within a few days to start the guest bathroom. Once they finished that they started our master bathroom. Yan checked in everyday to make sure everything was on track. They were very clean, always before they left they made sure to clean up after themselves.
