The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why they would the pipping need to be replaced. "A first time apartment owner and landlord, I needed major plumbing services within the first 6 months of ownership. The first time was a series of gas leaks which were quickly repaired by Western Rooter. The second time was the significant work of adding 2 gas meters and the requisite task of re-routing/adding gas piping. I simply cannot recommend Daniel Westereng and Western Rooter enough. Although the owner John came out to assist in the final bid, Daniel and I worked consistently with SoCal Gas to coordinate the improvements. Daniel was quick to return texts, calls, e-mails and worked diligently with all the parties to get the job done. If you need a plumber, save time and call Western Rooter. Tell them to send Daniel Westereng and he will do a fantastic job!"

"I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."

"Wesley was extremely responsive. He made all efforts allowing us to continue doing our business at home while he was assessing the problem, assembling his crews, and obtaining a City permit. We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get.
