He checked the structural soundness and added support. Brad made it look beautiful plus he rebuilt the deck stairs so they are so more walkable. This was a job that a couple of other contractors looked at and were unable to come up with any plan except sliding doors which I did not want. (I have dogs that destroy sliding door screens.) Brad and his helper were very talented and skilled at their craft. Plus Brad has a great eye for design and comes up with creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions.
