On the day the work was schedule, Tim from G Force called to asked to ask it'd be alright him to arrive early. I appreciated both his courtesy and professional. In addition to doing the work well and quickly (around an hour or so to swap out the disposal,) Tim also gave me a compliment inspection on my home's plumbing. He recommend some changes I could do myself, and gave me estimates for changes for which I'd hire a plumbing service again - and there was never any pressure on me to schedule additional work with G Force."

"Our experience with The Original Plumber and Brian Payne was excellent. Our main sewer link was leaking in the crawlspace and our 50-year old cast iron pipes were not draining properly. Brian and his assistant were prompt, courteous and kept us informed about what he was discovering and the best way to resolve the plumbing problems. They replaced all cast iron pipes that came out of the foundation and all of the problems were fixed! They also did a great job making sure all the carpet and flooring was protected and cleaned up when they were finished. Highly recommended!"

"James and his son arrived to install approx.100 ft of water line, several valves and a back flow preventer for an irrigation system. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. They asked several important questions and made adjustments to our original plan to accommodate my future needs. Their work was impeccable. Any tradesman that works according to best practices instead of just to code has my business. They are now my go to plumber! I have already recommended them to my neighbors. For those who say they are high priced, the other quotes I received for this job were 3 times higher. "I have done a number of renovations over the last 2 yrs to my fixer upper condo and was now ready to tackle the Master bathroom renovation. I got 8 estimates before deciding on G and D Construction. This decision was based on my comfort level when 1st meeting Paul as well as the ‘detailed’ and fair estimate he provided. He was very patient in answering all my questions prior to starting the project and always responded to my messages very timely. My bathroom is approximately 30 yrs old and once the walls were down, there were some additional expenses which Paul reviewed with me and made sure I understood and agreed to the additional costs. My renovation included installing a new whirlpool tub with a heater, new shower, floor and toilet. Although I thought I had a perfect design, the MTI oval bathtub I had purchased was too large for my original design. I thought I was going to have to purchase another tub, but Paul assured me we would work it out. Paul and John suggested another design option which I liked much better than my original design and it also enabled me to have a larger shower. Paul and John were punctual each morning and Paul made sure I was updated at the beginning and end of each day. We worked thru all obstacles together and he was more than willing to comply with my every wish. Each member of his team was a pleasure to work with. Although it took a little longer than expected (2 wks vs 1 wk) and my house is very dusty, I am in love with my new bathroom!! The look exceeds my expectation. In a couple of months, I want Paul to renovate my second bathroom. I wish I had known him 2 years ago when I started my renovations. If you want an honest, dependable, detailed and experienced contractor, give GandD a call. This is the longest review I’ve ever done (LOL), but it is so deserving."

"The sink installation was seamless. I initially purchased the wrong size sink for my countertop. They worked with me to get me back on the schedule once my new sink arrived. James, the plumber, took no time to install the sink. He even installed a new faucet with no additional charge. I haven't had any problems since installation. I highly recommend."

"I contacted Jean-Claude for a master bathroom and kitchen estimate.  He came out and we talked about what I wanted done in these rooms. He offered some very good suggestions and advice for me to keep in mind. I found this was very thoughtful and spoke to the integrity of who Jean-Claude was as a person and business owner.  He gave me a labor estimate with the break down for each room and also breaking down the labor for each item I wanted done in each room.  We would be responsible for the material. 
Jean-Claude was very helpful on where to find the items or materials that we needed and had no problem with picking these items up for us.  He went with me on more than one occasion when I did not know what was needed or how much of an item to get.  Very helpful.  A couple of occasions he offered his opinion but I still went with what I wanted :)  There were many times though when he brought another perspective to think about when me and my husband's were set on something we wanted.  We had not thought of that and we were glad we changed our minds, as Jean-Claude had it right. 
His very reliable crew, with lead contractor Pedro arrived at 9 am everyday and started work independently.  Jean-Claude was on the job everyday helping over seeing the job and workmanship.  I cannot say enough about what a great experience we had with Image Renovations.  You can tell that Jean-Claude and Pedro take great pride in their work, as they never took a short cut and they always brought to me or my husband's attention any problems that arose in the different projects, they gave us our options, and would ask how we wanted them to proceed.  As we all know, once you do a demo, there can be problems that need fixed.  You cannot see the problems until you get in there.  Although we had some, they were not as bad as they could of been.  Throughout the projects my husband and I felt Jean-Claude was very honest and appreciated him taking the time to show us what the problem was and answering our questions.  His demeanor was patient and he was glad we took an interest in what he and the crew were doing, he wanted us to feel comfortable about any changes. 
The jobs were started on June 16th and we had a dead line for Jean-Claude of Aug. 1st.  I'm surprised we were able to complete as my husband and I kept adding upgrades.  At the last minute my husband asked Jean-Claude to install a closet in one of the rooms that we wanted to make into a bedroom.  He agreed and they worked hard to keep the Aug. 1st deadline and they did get it done.  I absolutely love our new kitchen and master bath.  I will continue to use Image Renovations for all my small and large home projects.
