"Called Ryan after buying deal on Angie's list.  Ryan agreed to perform roof tuneup on April 6th when my husband would be working from home.  My husband also requested drywall repair of 4X6 area on ceiling to include stippling and spraying mildicide all of which Ryan agreed to as "no problem" and "can do". And we gave him our address.   However, by Tuesday April 5th, we had not heard from him about what time he was coming.  I called at 9 pm and he had completely forgotten about the job.  He said he could not do both jobs on 4/6, but he could do the roof tuneup, but I did not feel he had actually scheduled a crew to come because he didn't remember, hadn't called us and didn't even know our address.  He was very caught off guard and although he said he could send a roof crew, the way his voice drifted off and the way he paused when speaking I didn't have faith in what kind of crew he would be scraping together.  Because I am used to Angie's list contractors being very prompt, very organized, very reliable, and very communicative, I lost faith in Crestmark.  I would like to get a refund and select another roofer who has more reviews."
