They made sure they knew who would be at our house and when they would be there. For the few items that were sub-contracted out (floors and electrical) Dwight was there making sure it went well. Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.

"This is pretty much as good as it gets without having the designer come to your house.  We received detailed recommendations for lighting, accessories, fabric types, window treatments, lots of good details in the recommendations.  The actual remodel changed the room, but most of the recommendations still apply.  I'm not sure about the prices of the items they recommend, but it does give you practical ideas for furniture you may already have or how to shop in a retail store, etc.
