"The bleeding of radiators went very well. We weren't getting much heat on the 2nd floor but after the visit we did. We wanted to get the radiator on the 3rd floor (a finished room in the attic) working as well, but didn't have much luck with that. Turns out the radiator was cracked. Water leaked from the 3rd floor to the first floor, but Roger was quick to respond and minimized the impact. It was evident in the ceiling that this was an issue long before we lived here so there's no blaming Bob's Sheet Metal. I was very glad he responded quickly and professionally. Explained why the previous bat exclusion that was done by a different company was not effective, and found some openings that had never been addressed by the previous company. The work was only done a month ago, but I am hopeful that the bats will not spend next winter in our attic."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."
