"Were very professional from very start.  Since we were in the process of purchasing the home, we had very specific timeframes in which we needed to have the carpets cleaned, prior to the furniture being moved in.  They were able to give me a high level quote right over the phone, with the confirmation that they would give us a final quote when they could measure the actual space. It took the workers about 3 hours to clean all our carpets and the men that cleaned out the duct work completed the job in about 2 hours. The company is well known and the workers are courteous. They are professional and they came out on time."

The Chem-Dry technician was very professional and took care to not damage anything. He told me that the cleaning included a stain repellent protection at no cost. I did not want that so He substituted an anti-microbial treatment instead. The up-charge for the anti-microbial was only $100. Chem-Dry of Lafayette may be a bit higher cost than other carpet cleaners in the area, but their technicians are well trained and their equipment is kept in tip-top condition. Definitely worth it in the long run."
