He fixed the problem in a few minutes and charged the amount given on the phone. He took the time to explain the problem and was an excellent person to deal with in every way. "RRR did a high-end hall bath remodel in Sep 2020 for approximately $24000. Homeowners did the basic design and material selection. RRR suggested construction and material mods, as needed, and ordered all material. Cost was clearly detailed up front, paid on draw, and was met by completion date. All stage work and inspections were completed on schedule, over approximately three weeks. Crew was always on time and worked full days, while Ryan checked in twice a week. All rough-in and finish work was neat and well crafted, including studding, plumbing, electrical, wall and floor tile, and vanity top and basin, and painting. There was some struggle with heavy shower doors assembly and clean install. All punchlist items were complete with no issues. Enjoyed interaction with Ryan and his crew. Very happy with results. He responded immediately to our inquiry on his website, suggesting (at no cost) steps we should take which could avoid a service call. When that didn't fix the problem, he quickly scheduled a visit. With forensic analysis worthy of a CSI episode, he traced the problem all the way back to an unrelated and unexpected source. He took extra steps to make sure every part was working perfectly. "I contacted Stang Plumbing to give me an estimate on replacing the copper water supply piping (hot and cold) in my house with PEX A. Stang gave me a reasonable estimate right from the start. The two other estimates I requested further confirmed that Stang’s estimate was very reasonable and after they promptly responded to several questions I had concerning their proposal, I chose them to do the work. The workers showed up promptly on the first day to start the work and every day thereafter. The lead plumber, Rob, did a great job of communicating the progress at the end of the day and what he intended to accomplish the next day. Each day Rob made sure that water service was restored through out the house and that there were no leaks from the work that had been performed. The piping replacement was completed on the schedule originally proposed. Rob, and his helper Mark, were very professional and courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I will happily chose Stang Plumbing for any future work and highly recommend them for any plumbing services you may need."

"Only giving 2 stars due to promptness of arrival. My 3 y/o Bosch dishwasher developed a leak resulting in an error and the unit not working as designed. I contacted JB Appliance and they were able to come to my house the same day which was great! The tech arrived on time and was very professional while he was in my home. He took all of 10-15 minutes to diagnose that my dishwasher had a leaking tank. He quickly buttoned everything up and said I would receive a quote to repair in the next day or two. I actually received the quote the same day to the tune of $520(ish) for parts and labor. I then looked up the part to see how much they were marking it up which wasn't that bad. The bad part of this situation when I was searching for the part I came across MANY reviews of the Bosch dishwasher of people who had the exact same issue (cracked plastic nut). They also talked about what the actual issue was. After reading this I decided to buy the part that Bosch upgraded to due to the consistent problem. Part was approximately $9 + shipping. I emailed the rep who sent the quote asking for half of my $120 diagnosis trip fee back because the issue was not correctly diagnosed. I was essentially told no with some not true excuse as to why their recommendation was correct. So I went from a quote of $520(ish) + the $120 already spent to what I actually paid for the repair (approx. $10). Do not recommend because of shady business practices."
