"Their work was done efficiently, transparently, and with the utmost courtesy. Since their work has been finished, we have had no water in basement areas where flooding was a regular problem."

"The process was flawless. It took about 2 - 3 days, from digging up old slate rock to applying the sealing agent and allowing time for it to dry."

"From my initial contact inquiring about an estimate, to my appointment with Kevin to look at samples, to my completed project every step with Capital Floor Coating was professional and pleasant. Andrea checked in with me daily and could not have been more proficient or nicer. My front porch is the envy of the neighborhood!"

"Scott worked with us every step of the way to make sure everything went perfectly on our project. We had an original 50 year old driveway that had many challenges including a steep grade and several top coats over the years, that created problems with water coming in the garage and bottoming out of large vehicles on a dip in the driveway. Scott listened to our needs to resolve these problems as well as expand the parking area. He provided an estimate for several price points. His bid was very competitive given the 3 other bids we got. Scott and his wife, Brandy (office), were responsive and made sure all was done to perfection. A joy to work with."

"Great job pouring new stamped concrete. Would use again on my next project. Thanks again for a great job well done."

"Absolutly stellar performance by Capital Paving and Construction. They are incredibly responsive, professional, and committed to delivering a quality product for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their services - they will be the go to paving contractor for me in the future."

"Mid Atlantic installed our concrete driveway and stamped concrete walk and porch steps. We are thrilled with the finished product. Zack was great to work with."

"The two man flooring team was on time, polite and professional, worked hard and finished the job in one day. The installation was neatly done and they cleaned up after completion."

"Xan and Daniel were amazing. I threw a lot of scope creep into this project, even had them come back a week later to pour an additional shed pad. They never balked, worked hard to fit me into the schedule so that both my driveway and shed pad would finish curing close to each other, time wise. Most of all, they didn’t gouge me on pricing. They were extremely fair, even when I asked them to come back and do more work on the weekend. I’ve recommended them to several of my neighbors and would recommend them for ANY job, big or small. Eventually I will need to repour the concrete stairwell next to my below grade side kitchen door and I promise you, I’m calling Xan at XL Service!"

"I went on home advisor and got a list of roofers. They called me within 5 minutes to schedule estimate. From the first phone call to finished job was 12 days. The price was a lot less than I expected."
