I called him for a suggestion on a product to repair the chips as I thought we could do the minor repair. He recommended a product that I could not locate. I called him to follow up and he failed to call back."

The rep came in and finished the work the same day, had covered the area to protect from dust, and cleaned up after himself once the job was done. Results look fantastic, we had a cracked kitchen countertop and work they did is amazing, you can't tell there was any type of damage to it. Flawless work, good price and fast service. Thank you! "We used Pyramid to install quartz countertops in our kitchen, as well as a sink, faucet and garbage disposal (also used their subcontractor to install backsplash). This review is about the countertops and sink/faucet/disposal job-- we loved working with Bogi and the project came out beautifully. We didn't see the quartz we wanted in the Pyramid warehouse (although they had a great selection of granite and other stones), so Bogi suggested we look at MSI near Dulles. Bogi ordered the slabs we selected from MSI, coordinated the plumber to come when the counter top installers were ready for him, and even had them come back to clean up after the backsplash was installed by their subcontractor another day (he left some spilled grout on the countertop that we didn't notice until after he left.) The workers were clean, courteous and efficient."

"Omar's did a great job replacing the ceiling on our three-season porch when it began to buckle. They offered an option to patch the damaged part or to replace the whole thing; we went with the latter. It took two days; the ceiling was done the first day, and then they took the second to paint. I was pleased with their work and would happily hire them again."

"Ed did the much needed cleaning of our kitchen tile to help us prepare for selling our home. Our tile had not been cleaned since 2016 but Ed did a superb job cleaning the tile and it almost looks brand new. Ed was on time, courteous, knows his craft and went the extra steps to ensure our tile was perfectly cleaned and sealed. He took the time to explain the process, as well as caring enough to work on even the smallest spots. Because of Ed, one of our moving concerns no longer exists! "Overall, I had a positive experience with Fredi and his team. It didn't start out too great but ended much better. First, the scheduler and I agreed on a time and date about 3 weeks out, but no one showed up at the time we agreed upon. I called, and Fredi was able to reschedule me in for the same day, just later on. I also Fredi to give me a call when his crew was going to be on the way, so I would know. I didn't receive a call and got a knock on the door that woke up my baby. I was a bit disappointed in the way things went up to this point. Then, I was told that they would not be cleaning any grout, and the grout restoration only included filling in spots or cracks. This wasn't exactly what I expected, but it makes sense given the time allotted. Suggestion: make it clear in your Big Deal description what services you are providing instead of using broad or general terms. <br /> I agreed to let them start on the work. They did a good job and worked hard throughout the hour and a half. Fredi even came by and worked on a second bathroom for me, which showed me that he cares about his business and his reputation. In the end, I appreciated the effort and willingness to make up for mistakes, so I would be happy to recommend this provider to others. <br /> In terms of things to improve as a business, I would say this provider needs to improve their communication (scheduler to client and manager to employees). Also, they could more clearly lay out what is provided in the Big Deal. <br /> See the pictures for before and after. 2nd bathroom is not pictured. Grout cleaning was not provided in this deal. Grout cleaning and grout restoration are two different things. <br /> <br />"

"Richstone was great. I knew in my head what I wanted, but every time I found a stone I liked it was already on hold. A Richstone representative went to the granite yard with me and helped me pick out a stone. It is perfect. The turn around was quick, but we did do our kitchen in the off season. There is only one seam in my kitchen, and it is very difficult to find. <br />"
