Arodi Vela, the owner and CEO, visited my home and performed a thorough examination of the roof. He made time to take measurements, whereas other roofing companies I met with just made a rough guess about the size of the roof. After measuring the roof, he provided a thorough review of the roofing options available and gave me a detailed explanation of each step in the process. He even brought samples of architectural and 3-tab shingles to give me a sense of the product. Before leaving, he even put together a quote for the project. It is worth noting that all of this occurred on the initial visit. After I chose to work with Stress Free Roofing, Arodi set up a time to discuss financing.
