"My experience with the Home Genius Exteriors crew was very pleasurable, very knowledgeable employees and very interpersonal. I appreciate the fact that they took the time to explain everything and the work was outstanding. Everybody has been so very helpful and knowledgeable. I thank you all so much. Eli the project manager was wonderful. It was certainly an enjoyable experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company to anyone!"

"Frank worked on siding repair for my father 2 years ago and he was impressed with his work and his friendly nature. I called to install a cabinet, repair the baseboard, fix a toilet and put a door handle on a door without one. Friendly, courteous, efficient and cost effective. I would recommend and hire him anytime."

"The shed isn't worth investing the funds for refurbishing."

"It went very well. He stayed 9.5 hours, kept working. Very neat with caulking and trim work. Pretty good at painting. Cleaned up well. Very polite and punctual.

"Joe was fantastic in resolving these repairs at my mother's 100 year old house. Working through a federal program for funding, Joe provided the estimate quickly and within budget. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step. I will hire him for any of the items I need done at mom's or my house. Thanks Joe and crew."

"Highly recommend Andrew...during my original estimate call he took the time to explain his process and his quote was very competitive.
There were two cracks in the foundation in a spare room (we live in a quad, the room was half underground). Andrew filled/sealed both cracks using a high pressure polyurethane injection and about 6 rod holes that were leaking when it rained. Andrew also re-enforced the cracks. Was very thorough, even testing with letting the hose run on the sides of the house where the cracks were.

"Very well. Installers were very competent and very courteous. Did a good job of cleaning up after completing the job."

"Danny repaired some rotted wood I had from some water damage and also repaired my drip edge that had pulled away from my roof and retarred a couple of area for me - also wrapped a few post I had in aluminum - I would actually give these guys a B+ - they take pride in what they do and want to make the customer happy - I changed things up a little bit and he was happy to accommodate my request - willing to work with the customer - these guys work hard and want to do it right - if you're a real picky person that likes things done a certain way this guy might not be for you but if you want some good solid work then this is the guy for you - I will be having these guys do more work for me and would recommend them to neighbors"

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

"They are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. Also repaired and repainted column on porch."
