"Robbie was a life saver, as I wasn't sure how I was going to deal with the filing the two doors. He let me know the glass door didn't have a real lock but he could put one in to match my front door. He even suggested which glass door would be best (I have three.) He was very personable, friendly, helpful, and willing to do the extra job that suddenly came up without a fuss. He spent a few hours making sure he covered all the bases and that I was satisfied. He even phoned me cause he saw me lingering at the front door lock when he was pulling away to make sure everything was okay. (I was actually trying to take the combination key lock off the door which had nothing to do with the work he did.) You can imagine how exhausted my husband and I are with this big move, and to have someone come in and take something unexpected off our list with such attention to detail was just amazing! He was super careful about the surroundings and my furniture, laid down non-slip plastic and covered the door while doing anything that left dust etc. Tristan takes his time to do the job right.
