"Henry came on time to my home and gave me an estimate right on the spot and never asked me for a dime more beyond his estimate. He provided a patient and complete description of the work, how he would do it and how long it would take (4 days). And he was completed in 4 days. He is very professional and answered all my questions plus some when I called him before and during the work. Due to the high smell of the job when sealing, I essentially planned and gave him my house keys and left for the duration of the work. Upon return, not only was I amazed at the beauty of the job, but how clean he left everything despite knowing and him telling me in the beginning that there will always be some dust to clean. "Did a great job removing the existing ceramic tiles from my basement kitchen concrete floor, leveling it and installing luxury vinyl floor planking. Also removed carpet from my family room, a bedroom and pantry and installed luxury vinyl floor planking. They completed the work in 4 days. Total square footage of flooring 1,100 square feet. The new flooring looks amazing!"

"I called Len up on Monday, October 23, 2017 and explained what I thought I needed. He said he would be working near me on Tuesday October 24th and could come and take a look around noon. He showed up right on time and explained the tiles were loose and needed more than re-grouting. He explained that more than likely something was wrong with the floor under the tile. He would know more when he took up the tiles. We agreed upon a price and he said they could do the job Wednesday morning, October 25th. Len and Bill showed up at 8:30 Wednesday morning and when he popped up 3 floor tiles he found that the cement board floor needed to be screwed down better. They secured the floor with the proper screws, re-cemented the tiles, and re-grouted with a matching grout. They also put a sealer in the grout to help protect the floor and keep it clean. They were extremely clean and efficient and completed the job in 3 1/2 hrs. I would definitely use VIP Grout & Tile Concepts again."
