They are very good about if I don't pay for the maintenance contract and they come out because something is not working right, the guy is good about saying your bill will be this much if you buy the maintenance program right now or your bill will be this much if we just charge you for service and parts without the maintenance program. I think it is real nice for them to say this so you can go either way. I will use them again in the future."
