"I have used their services personally as well as professionally for years. I recently mistakenly sent a zelle payment to the Owner, who is actually named Mercedes. As soon as I realized I made this mistake, when the Mercedes I intended to pay reached out to me, I reached out to her to let her know my mistake. Not only did she not return my messages, she blocked me and kept the $505. To say I am disgusted and appalled is an understatement. Not only was I a good customer, I provided her with thousands of dollars worth of mint condition clothing for her daughters every season. Leather coats, winter coats, dresses, Ugg boots, etc. I made many attempts to reach out to her and have been ignored. I even pleaded and said please at least come do a deep clean and return some of the money to me. No response to myself or my bank who has been trying to contact her on my behalf. I would be very wary of allowing someone with this kind of moral character into your home."

I have been in the industry for the last 9 years, and love everything I do. My own business just started 2 weeks ago as Rogans Contracting. We do a handful of projects from remodeling bathrooms, plumbing work, electrical work, landscaping, flooring, decks and patios, and many more. Although they did well there was a bit of a disconnect in communication, as only one person, (the foreman?) spoke any English but not very well. If I use them again in the future, I will insist on having a foreman with a strong command of the English language. After the job was done, I was presented with a certificate of completion indicating all the bullet points about the job that should have been reviewed prior to the work starting. None of these were reviewed. I will also be reviewing this with the vendor."

"hired Chimney and Duct Experts based on their reviews on Google and Angis list to address a potential problem with a roof leak near my chimney. They quickly determined the flashing of my chimney was probably the reason for the leak, so they gave me a quote to rebuild the chimney flashing for $1300. They were able to do the work that same day, which I thought was great. However, the leak continued, so I moved on to roofers to help figure out the problem. I had 5 different roofing and repair companies come out, and each one said that the flashing on the chimney was terribly done, using a sealant instead of metal step flashing as is standard. I called back Chimney and Duct Experts and spoke with a supervisor. He agreed to come and redo the flashing, but insisted that fully rebuilding the flashing is only done when you get a new roof. Ended up being incorrectly done again, and I'll have to pay someone now to fix it correctly."
