Had an issue with a water company running a screw through three sets of wires in my garage when they installed a water filter system and also needed my Meter box resealed due to the prior electricians poor installation. Once the repairs were completed, I looked over their work and was very surprised and pleased with not only the quality of the products they used but also their repairs and how they did them. "The project went better than I had expected.  
Over the years I've suffered through, itinerant cowboys with chain saws, and tank drivers with bucket loaders doing yard work.  Frankly, I wasn't looking forward to this fix.  Our small 26-year old front yard had begun to look like a British Golf Course.  Sink holes and high spots had developed to the point where the mower couldn't handle it any more.   I had anticipated a complete re-do of the entire front yard...  
WOW - was I surprised by how little needed to be done to actually fix the problem.  Brandon has a keen eye and a surgeon's ability to do only disturb the bad parts and leave the good parts un-touched.  The result, in this case, was only a small portion of the yard was affected with amazing results.
