Had an issue with a water company running a screw through three sets of wires in my garage when they installed a water filter system and also needed my Meter box resealed due to the prior electricians poor installation. Over the years I've suffered through, itinerant cowboys with chain saws, and tank drivers with bucket loaders doing yard work.  Frankly, I wasn't looking forward to this fix.  Our small 26-year old front yard had begun to look like a British Golf Course.  Sink holes and high spots had developed to the point where the mower couldn't handle it any more.   I had anticipated a complete re-do of the entire front yard...
