"Excellent service. Paint crew worked tirelessly for two days power washing, scraping, caulking, and then finally painting. They met and exceeded my expectations. Gutter crew installed covers and rehung two gutters that were flowing the wrong way (a problem that a previous company failed to correct). So far (<1 month), the covers and the repair seem to be working. Pricing and scheduling were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use JD Hostetter & Associates again."

I hope not to need that skill again any time soon, but I will certainly contact them the next time I need another wall repaired -- it's virtually impossible to tell there had been damage. He also adjusted a ceiling fan that had been installed by a friend (a mistake -- use a professional!) and it took him only 15 minutes. Their repair team out the following Thursday with a new vent, shingles, and repair items and performed the repair within an hour. We used him a few years ago to roof our house when we were selling it and found out in the inspection it had hail damage. We also used him to repair our existing roof due to some wind damage. He worked me in the schedule and fixed it before rain was expected. "I cannot rave enough about Blue Ladder! Everyone from Austin to Ryan to the work crew were extremely professional and very responsive! We had storm damage that caused us to have a portion of our roof replaced AND siding and downspouts replaced. Ryan sat with me while I contacted the insurance company and helped me through the process. He and the team handled a lot of the back and forth with the insurance company and the mortgage company.
