I have worked with other handymen but none as considerate, being a good listener, paying attention to detail so that the final product has much appeal. His work ethic is his "tell" as is obvious from the pride he places in not only his work but also his profession as he strives for excellence. Our first project was outdoors on the patio and no sooner had he & his crew left, down came the rain. This is always a sign of a "good stranger" for me. "This morning I woke up to a refrigerator that was clearly out of temp. I came to this page and searched for repairmen. I found the card for Mr. Hood at Complete Appliance Care in Clayton, NC. If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. I feel so blessed to have been able to have worked with him today and I wanted to share this with the community. He was such a good and honest man and provided excellent customer service! I would not hesitate to use him for future needs."

"Chris and Ray arrived promptly on the day of service and got to work immediately. They were very courteous and quickly figured out what needed to be done to remove our old 50 gallon water heater and replace it with a new Rinnai tankless water heater. They did a great job with the install and even simplified some of our previous pipe layout that seemed needless complicated. The heater works great and is way quieter than I expected. In addition to the water heater, they also installed a whole house water filter, making sure the filters can be easily isolated with shut off valves for future maintenance. When the water pressure seemed a little low, they were able to tweak our pressure valve regulator so that the pressure to our faucets is now better than they were before the water filter was installed. Chris and Ray did a great job explaining the system to me and testing it to my satisfaction. They removed the old water tank and cleaned everything up. An overall terrific experience."
