"First off, we have used Blanton's in the past for our heating and a/c needs. They are always extremely polite, professional, and always on time. The technicians had suggested the possibility of us replacing the systems due to the number of times we called them and how much freon would need replacing twice a year. One unit leaked horribly and the other was getting rusty and starting to look even moldy. They were never pushy or aggressive in their suggestions. That's why we actually considered them very seriously.  <br /> James came out to our home and did a full proposal when we were considering the possibility of replacing them. He was incredibly cordial and thorough and never once made it seem like a sale was going to be made. He presented at least 3 different options for replacement and explained everything about those systems as well as the work involved and total cost for everything. He was here for about 3-4 hours. That may seem like a long time, but it wasn't uncomfortable or intimidating. I felt like he was genuinely concerned more about our comfort and energy savings.  <br /> It was about 5 months before we actually decided to "pull the trigger" on the replacement. I can tell you that they maybe called me once during that time and asked about it. They gave us space and time to think without constantly being in our ear about it. We noticed that our downstairs unit wasn't blowing out warm air in mid-November, indicating that it was time to replace the freon AGAIN. That's when we decided to just go ahead and replace both systems. Thanks to James and his hard work, it was easy to make the right choice for us and we were able to schedule the replacement fairly quickly. During the proposal, he said that it would take about 2 days to replace both systems. But when they came out, they actually had 2 crews (at no extra charge!) do all of the work in 1 day! Both crews arrived promptly at the scheduled time (around 8:30ish and were done by 4). They took care of everything and cleaned up everything when they were done. It was like they were never here!  <br /> James came back two days later just to see how we liked everything, to go over final paperwork, and to show us how to use the new smart thermostats. The systems have been working like a dream. I am SO glad we did it! <br /> I really CANNOT say enough good things about Blanton's! I'm so glad I found them through Angie's List. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone!"

"I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn&#39;t want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn&#39;t charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"Very professional with great communication skills. They were able to determine the problem very quickly and replace our unit quickly. Our AC had been out since March and we had another company working on it. We finally switched to Bell Cow and the problem was resolved within a week. We also had them come out when our other unit stopped working and they came out, re-charged the system and done. You really need to check them out. I received a 4 hour window, they called when on the way and it really worked out great."

"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I&#39;d give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"

"I will only use Alexander Services in the future and whats so great is they offer all types of services. I thought I needed a plumber but it turned out to be HVAC and they worked together. The technicians were knowledgeable and explained everything!"

"Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

"Terrence and his team repaired radiant barrier in attic in addition to preparing the attic for blown insulation. They went above and beyond! Terrence noticed the exhaust from my furnace that vents to the outside was separated and immediately repaired it. This would be like exhaust from a car going into my attic! After insulation was blown, they cleaned up very well. They showed total respect for me and my home in every way."
