"I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"Very professional with great communication skills. They were able to determine the problem very quickly and replace our unit quickly. Our AC had been out since March and we had another company working on it. We finally switched to Bell Cow and the problem was resolved within a week. We also had them come out when our other unit stopped working and they came out, re-charged the system and done. You really need to check them out. "I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"

Tim asked me what the problem was, made an assessment and after I agreed to the quote; went to work. Within 1 hour Tim and Ahmad completed the job. I am very happy with the work.
