"Replaced copper pipes with plastic pipes"

"They did a good job and followed up quickly to install a riser. Good service at a good price. BUT... I was a bit skeptical of their recommendation for a new filter and expensive turbo cleaning of the septic field/components. I declined the recommendation. The septic field isn't showing any signs of a problem (soggy/soft ground). I might regret it, but I suspect they were needlessly upselling me."

"I have to be honest, I have been selfishly putting off leaving this review because I didn't want everyone knowing what a gem Edwin from PK Plumbing is. Edwin has come to our rescue WAY too often in the past year or so. Most recently, we had a massive leak in our crawl space which had apparently been going on for a long time before the pipe totally split. Edwin squeezed us in to come out and get the leak sorted out. Unfortunately, it took a couple of days because as he fixed one area, another would spring a leak. (Darned aging Polybutylene piping!) Edwin is extremely professional and definitely knows what he is doing. He is honest and friendly and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg like some companies would. We are fortunate to have found him and hope that he stays in business for a long time to come. I am pretty sure we will have to utilize him on a regular basis as the piping slowly fails in our house. (Unless we win the lottery to get all the pipes replaced in one fell swoop! We can hope! :D)"

"I had a emergency I call absolute septic first thing in the morning. Cody showed up did an amazing job treated the septic ran through some other clear future problems I may have. Didnâ t feel pressured at all to fix these problems right away by him. Very professional clean truck will definitely be calling back for these fixes that need to be done. And for any future needs I highly recommend them and affordable."

"I was visiting my mom when Chris arrived. I live in Florida. His professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship was excellent. The water leakage problem under the kitchen sink was resolved at no additional cost. In addition, he provided some insight into resolving a clogged bathroom sink and offered to be the primary repairman for any plumbing issues for my mother. I was impressed with how he explained to my mom the problem and how he fixed it. I feel very confident that Chris corrected the drainage problem as this was the third visit to my mom's house. Thank so much Chris for your help. Elouise's son, Charles"

"Good service and quick response."

"The plumber was polite and very knowledgeable and patience."

"Very professional! Did the work pretty quick concidering we found the product cracked and had to be returned. Would call them again for my plumbing needs."

"Very satisfied with the outcome. The house was not occupied while this work was being done, so I was not present during much of the work to observe the installation of system & ductwork, but it worked beautifully once we moved in and began to use it, a turnkey experience. Twice since then we've had questions (e.g., Can we move the ductwork in one part of the attic to accommodate new attic stairs?), and both times they were very responsive and came out at no charge to me, despite the fact that the work was done over a year ago. I've interacted with both Mike (the owner) and with one of his technicians, and have been very satisfied with the level of customer care I've received. I will use them in the future for our heating & A/C needs.
