"This was no small job as it was related to 17 years of wear and tear on the home and it was not a typical home as the drywall folks were working with 28 foot ceilings. On a job of this size and nature you expect some complications along they way and of course there was but I can honestly state no matter what developed it was taken care of with professionalism and the thought process of the customer is right so lets fix what the customer is asking. "It went very well.  The only thing that was an issue (and a very minor one at that) is that he was 15 minutes late with no phone call.  But his work was quality, so I tend to overlook that.  Every other time he has come out (for estimate, samples, etc) he has been punctual or called ahead to tell us he was running late.
I was very pleased with the work he did.  Our nursery looks fantastic now.  The ceiling looks great, and the fan is hung properly.  It looks very professional.  I know it was done correctly.  He talked me through every step of the process, and let me know what he was doing.  I now feel that the nursery is safe for our baby."
