"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"

"The owner of the company, Ryan installed luxury vinyl plank on the first floor of my two story home. The space is quite large but Ryan completed the job promptly and did an excellent job installing the flooring. He also installed quarter round which looks fantastic with the flooring. I will definitely use Prime flooring again for future flooring needs!"

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"Had to replace an ancient Jenn-Air drop-in range with downdraft (installed in 1979) with a new LG duel fuel gas stove/electric oven range slide in. Knew it would take some work. Randy and Dan were great during the installation. Tim was very responsive."

"I really love their work, my floor look like new"

"Kevin and his team did amazing work at our home. We had a large project of 2,000 square foot of luxury vinyl flooring, with leveling of uneven flooring in our home. Everything was above and beyond. Their attention to detail and quality of work was what we appreciated most. We have upcoming home projects of doors and bathrooms & we will be using Harrison Construction for those projects also. I highly recommend Kevin and his team."

"Avery and his team was great. They communicated well and replied to messages in timely manner. Very reasonable price. They did vinyl flooring for my first floor, upstairs hall and stairs. I am so happy with the results. My house looks great. I will definitely use them in future to make updates to my home."

"George was very eager to understand my end goal and made sure I was happy every step of the way. He’s true to his word and when he knew he wasn’t going to get here at the initial time he didn’t hesitate to call and let me know. I really appreciated that! I asked for specific type of mulch and he made sure he brought what I wanted and had me look at it before putting it down. I started planting a pollinator garden and he saved the day by completing it with his beautiful edging, mulching and design. Thank you again George!"

"They were the only ones that provided a detailed description of the materials and work to be done. A lot of contractors in Rochester are very loose with invoices and contracts…"
