"Alan came out and gave me a free estimate on the work that needed to be done. He was very polite, punctual, and professional. I called him a few weeks later to hire him to perform the work. The work on the leak outside required Alan to dig about 4 ft to get to the leaking pipe. Another company that came out gave me an estimate that was 5x what Alan quoted me. They said they'd have to hire a small crew to dig out the spot since it was too tight to get a machine into the space, and the costs were high due to the labor. Imagine my surprise when Alan arrived alone with a shovel and dug the hole himself in about 30 minutes! He promptly replaced the leaking part and covered the hole. I asked him to take a look at the pressure tank inside the basement, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and we set a date two days later for him to return and replace the pressure tank. He again arrived on time and was quick and professional with his work, he even provided us with a larger tank than our old one to save the wear and tear on our well pump. When Alan was done he included a military discount on the costs, which amounted to being 4x less than a competitor was going to charge us. We now have good pressure in the front and back of our house to water our lawn throughout the summer without the worry of water coming into the basement.
