Hiring workmen can be ridiculously stressful and frankly occasionally infuriating. We had a small business ourselves, so I really am stunned sometimes by how badly some people run theirs. SO often I can’t get plumbers or workmen to follow through on one or more steps in my hiring process; either they don’t come on time or when promised (!), disappear after we ask for a written estimate, or charge us unnecessary fees up front. Plumbing/reliable sanitation is an essential need in every home, and can probably be a difficult profession; but it is necessary for health and well-being. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me.
