"Bruce and Bill of Williams and Associates Mechanical Contracting recently removed and replaced my 18 year old oil fired boiler and added an indirect fired water heater. "My "On Demand' hot water heater was malfunctioning and I needed to have it repaired immediately as I was flying out to Missouri on 2/27 due to a death in the family. Fellowship Plumbing answered the call and set aside/rearranged some service calls to come on the 26th. He came within the scheduled time, descaled the unit. after further inspection, it was determined that some filters within the unit were clogged w/ silt. They were cleaned and the system is up and running beautifully. The compassion given me under the circumstances was greatly appreciated. The workmanship and service were excellent; I have retained Fellowship Plumbing as my "go to" agent and highly recommend them to anyone needing Excellent, Reasonably priced service."

"We needed to get a new water heater to replace ours due to our warranty being 6 years and we were on the 7th year. We checked Lowe's, Home Depot, and some other plumber's prices. The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We are so happy we found JMB Plumbing and scheduled Jim to come back next week for another job we have been holding off on. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! Hopefully we will not need one often, but when we do, we will call Jim."

"Highly Recommend! I recently received a call from my father who lives in Burrillville RI with a severe plumbing leak. Living in NY, I panicked until I spoke with Bill over the phone (after calling two other companies and left messages. Bill answered). He asked great questions, and was able to instruct us over the phone where to shut the water off to the house until he could arrive. He shuffled his schedule to get to my father's house that day! "I needed a sump pump installed in my basement and I had no idea how to go about it. Stephen answered all of my questions (and they were numerous) and kept me informed every step of the way. I had other questions too about little things - a faucet in the kitchen, hot water heater functionality etc. and Stephen patiently and expertly answered every question I had. "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."
