"My patio wall was leaning and the blocks were crumbling. The patio pavers were full of moss and weeds. The patio steps had just been redone a year ago by another company but sand had been used as a base and after settling, they were no longer level and developing a tripping hazard. Joe recognized construction errors in both the wall and steps. My backyard had a large area along a fence where soil had washed away and grass wouldn't grow. What I appreciated about Joe was his interest in what my vision was and then offering his creative ideas for what could be done. Joe cut down a full-grown evergreen and a shrub that had become unsightly. He trimmed other trees and removed branches that were brushing against the house. "I called a week ago for quotes for a mosquito spray this last Saturday. I had two other companies lined up to come and spray our yard, but cancelled as truegreen was cheaper. I never heard back by Thursday on when they would be out. Got in touch with them again and they said it was never possible for them to be here before Saturday. By that time I couldn’t get any company out and me and my guests were eaten alive by mosquitoes. I now hear they will be here tomorrow, at this point I am extremely upset and will never schedule service with them again."
