Each was customized to the circumstances. I never got the sense that I received a "standard" quote and the inspections were always thorough and explained in depth. 2) They know their business. They know Codes and they know which codes are safety issues. 3) They show up on time, every time. 4) They keep you informed 5) They are flexible. When my large project required multiple changes at the 9th hour, they walked through everything with me and took time to understand the scope of work. 6) They made relevant recommendations and suggestions. They thought about things I had not considered, such as the simple need for an outlet in a bathroom that I had not noticed was missing or how one might naturally move through a house and where a switch for a fan vs. light may be helpful. 7) They alerted me to potential problems I might face with their work; e.g. plaster walls sometimes crumble when disturbed for electrical work. 8) They asked my preferences; minimal drywall damage vs. moving fixtures to ensure they align. 9) They accurately predicted the time to complete the work and finished on time. 10) They were careful to secure my home when they left each day 11) They cleaned up when the work was complete. "Dave from NLA did a great job! We were having some electrical issues with one of our basement circuits, and he was able to identify and resolve the issue in just a couple of hours. Additionally, after he finished up resolving the problem, I asked if he could take a look at another issue we were having and he had no problem stick around a bit longer to complete the additional work. He was honest and a great electrician. Also, Dave was great at communicating with us throughout the process, he was a bit swamped with some other projects/emergency repairs. Ours wasn't an emergency and we could get by until he could get there, but he kept us posted on his availability in the lead up to the work. Would definitely hire him again if we have any other issues!"

"I Called Joe on 3/17/2015 and asked if he would have a look at my old hot tub and let me know if he thought it would be wise to have it repaired or replaced. He returned my call that same day and said he could come by the next day. He called promptly the next day, came out and inspected my tub. He honestly told me that he could repair my hot tub but the cost would outweigh the usefulness. We agreed on having him unhook and take the old tub away. He took care of the electrical hook up and removed the tub from my deck, did an excellent cleanup, and made sure I was happy with his work before he left. Great service and I would recommend him to anyone who has a hot tub or spa.

"Had this company install electrical for a hot tub. Hot tub still didn't work after install. They did come back out rather quickly, but had wired it wrong, and couldn't fix the problem blaming it on the manufacturer. I found and fixed the problem myself reading the wiring diagram as the homeowner paying good money to a professional . This was after the company assured me that they did it correctly. Are they really electricians?"
