"A few weeks ago, I had Arch Exteriors come to my house to assess the condition of a roof replacement I got done recently. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her roof done last year. The roof replacement on my house was performed by a different contractor but a roof leak that occurred during a thunderstorm 3 months after it was replaced made me feel like something wasn’t right. Camden of Arch Exteriors came to my house right on time for the appointment. He was very understanding of the situation and got on my roof to check it out. The roof ended up being a poorly installed roof and Camden went into detail with all the points of concern, taking close up pictures for me to view. He even offered to take me up to the roof and I appreciated how engaging he was to help me understand the situation. Camden was very knowledgeable, being specific about what went wrong with the previous replacement. Camden then did something that was beyond the expectation of a contractor who was stopping by for a free estimate. He took it upon himself to use a roof sealant he had on hand to try to fill all the holes and gaps that the previous contractor left, just to give me a peace of mind for a few weeks while I sort out my finances and figure out a plan to get a second roof replacement done. Although I didn’t end up pursuing a project with Arch Exteriors, I am incredibly grateful for how far this company will go to care for a customer, without expecting anything in return. They even offered some helpful advice on how to handle the situation with the previous contractor. I definitely recommend this company to others and they will be the first business I will contact for any exterior house service I will need in the future."

"Once again Wolfe, Mottola & Sons came through. I had a roof with some major wind damage resulting in leaks in a tenant's bathroom. "This company is top notch! The owner of the company was quoting a job for our neighbor (we had just moved into our house), and we asked if he would mind giving us a quote on replacing our gutters. Within an hour he presented us a quote right in our ballpark and three days later the work was complete. The installation team was as courteous and professional as the owner. They did a great job setting up, installing and cleaning up. Our house looks great and we couldn't be happier with the work performed. Grade A company to deal with. We highly recommend them!"

Rec'd call back from provider within 15 minutes of sending them a message thru Angie's List (AL).  They were able to fit me in, in between appointments and actually had someone here within 1/2 hour of the phone call! Neil, the handy person introduced himself, showed his ID and went straight to work. Assessed the available windows and size of the air conditioner and advised what he thought would be the best fit. I was in agreement and he had it installed efficiently & quickly."

"I would cerI called to request an estimate in mid-March. They responded very promptly, and I received a written estimate in the mail shortly after their visit. I was very happy with their prompt service. About 6 weeks had passed and I hadn't scheduled the work to be done. Shame on me. We got some heavy rain and I woke up to water leaking in to my house. I then called to schedule the work. <br /> The only real issue I had with this service was the communication could have been much better. I called very early in the morning to let them know my rook was leaking and I would like to schedule the work. They got the contract over to me that day, I signed it, and returned it. I was under the impression they would be able to get out to me rather quickly, within a day or two. That could be my fault because they didn't actually tell me that. The problem was that they didn't give me any idea at all when they would be out. I waited 7 full business days and had not heard anything so I called. They got out to me 2 days later. If I had known it would be almost 2 weeks before they could come out for the repair, I may have looked elsewhere. My roof was leaking and there was plenty of more rain in the forecast. For the record, I didn't specifically ask when they thought they would be out for the repair when I talked to them. Just assumed it would be relatively soon since I had a leaking roof. <br /> Aside from the lack of communication in regards to the schedule, everything else was fine. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. The roof looks good. I'll assume they did good work and the shingles they repaired will be stuck there for a longggg time. Time will tell, but I'm confident they do quality work. I didn't get any other quotes, but I believe their price for the work was fair for the work performed. I would certainly contact them again for any future roofing needs. <br />"
