"I called and left a message for a call back on Sunday and Jessie called me back on that Monday. I found him to be pleasant and very easy to work with. I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. Jessie's assistant came and completed the project in one day and I was pleased with the finished product. Thanks Jessie, I will refer and use your services again in the future."

"ExteriorMax provides exceptional work at a reasonable price. Their staff is communicative and easy to work with - explaining the work that needs to be done every step of the way. The crew on site for the roof installation was on time, courteous, and professional. The final product was beautiful, craftsmanship was excellent, and (importantly) cleanup was very well done. Replacing a roof can be a stressful project for a homeowner, but ExteriorMax made the process simple and ensured I felt well taken care of. I highly recommend ExteriorMax to anyone looking for a quality roof job done by exceptional people!"

"He did a real good job of cleaning up. He has a helper and he always works with him. He does not put him on the job and come back and check later. He did a good job and he was supposed to give me an estimate on repairing of the wall. He was honest and hardworking and that is why i went with me. I am concerned about matching colors on my roof and he paid details to that. My brother said however they had not fill up a couple of ports on the roof. He thought they over looked it other than that he did a good job."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rene. We hired him to do our kitchen tile floor and he did such a great job, we didn't hesitate to work with him again to install the wood flooring throughout the rest of our main floor. He works quickly and also pays a lot of attention to detail. He noticed a few things that weren't quite right without us pointing them out or even noticing. And he would have the fixed the next day. We would definitely consider him again if we have any projects in the future."

"Gutter Ethics LLC came to my aid when no other roofing company would take the time to come out to my property. This is because back in early 2018, the Washington DC metro area had a powerful wind and rain storm that damaged numerous properties in the DC metro area. Roofs were completely blown off, trees fell on houses, cars, flooding some places. It was a mess and roofing companies were getting hundreds of calls a day and were completely overwhelmed and booked out for months at a time. I had a hole in my roof where the roofing tiles had blown off. I first needed a tarp on my roof to cover the hole to keep my house from experiencing further damage, and then I needed the whole roof replaced. Gutter Ethics LLC came to my rescue and immediately tarped the hole in my roof and put me on their schedule replace my roof. I can tell you from personal experience Gutter Ethics is an honorable and more than competent company. My new roof which was installed looks beautiful and I have had absolutely no problems since. Gutter Ethics is a very professional company and their workmanship is outstanding."

"It was an exemplary service and practical advice on maintaining roof condition.
