"I called and left a message for a call back on Sunday and Jessie called me back on that Monday. I found him to be pleasant and very easy to work with. I advised Jessie what the problem was with mine and my tenants roof and I ask him what he thought it would take to repair both sides. He had quoted me a price, but after his assistant had looked at what was needed, he was upfront and advised that it would be more and gave me a bottom line price which I thought was reasonable and fair. Jessie's assistant came and completed the project in one day and I was pleased with the finished product. Thanks Jessie, I will refer and use your services again in the future."

"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"I contacted 5 top Angie's list exterior painting companies to get estimates for an exterior house painting job. Jorge Lazo of George's Painting Inc. showed up the next day for the estimate while most other companies took a few days for the appointments. George's Painting's estimate was significantly lower than all  other companies. I am talking about 40 % lower. The entire job took 3 days with a crew of about 3-5 persons. They started exactly at 7:00 AM and leave at about 4:00 PM. Jorge showed up every day to check on progress and explained to me about the type of materials used and the repairs performed. "I selected this company after obtaining multiple quotes for roof replacement.  The quote was for the exact same materials and repairs that the other companies had quoted but at a more reasonable price.  Todd Wolfe contacted me within 24 hours of initial inquiry and scheduled to come assess the roof within 3 days.  He explained the type of work that would be required as well as detailing the materials that would be used.  Once we selected this company to accomplish the work Todd was able to schedule us within 2 weeks.  Prior to our scheduled date Todd was proactive in contacting me regarding the weather which resulted in a 2 day delay but he was out with his crew once the weather was reasonable.  His team was professional and arrived promptly in the morning and completed the work by mid afternoon, afterwards they cleaned up the work area of all debris.  I would definitely recommend this company.
