"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List. Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out. In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense. His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate). He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so. Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day! There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form. A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business. I can't imagine how the service could have been any better. We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

"Brad with Deck It Out did an awesome job with our massive basement remodel (complete with family room, fireplace, work out area, and full bath). We also had him do a job installing spray foam insulation above our garage to correct a heating/cooling issue we were having in a room above it. He was on time, answered all of our questions professionally, easy to get in contact with, and his customer service was amazing.The quality of his work is outstanding, we are very happy with everything he did for us. We are planning to have our deck redone in the future and there's no one else to even consider for the job. Brad's the best contractor we've worked with."

"Castillo has completed two jobs for me and I will be hiring them in the future for a 3rd. For the roofing job, they were able to skillfully repair and repaint woodwork on the eaves of my historic home. For the second job, they replaced/ repaired a badly damaged wooden porch. Castillo employees have been prompt, efficient, polite, and the jobs have been reasonably priced."

"Painters arrived exactly on time and accomplished all tasks the same day. The manually stripped the deck and applied two coats of stain. They carefully cleaned and then painted the foundation concrete as it had got dirty over the years. They also scraped, caulked and painted a large bump-out window off our living room.

"Every step of the way, from our interaction with the office to the finished product, there was clear and excellent communication, careful planning, detailed workmanship and pride in the finished product. There were unexpected extras that were not the fault of the contractor, and they were able to correct the problems. Pricing was fair and reasonable.
