"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"It was real easy to get a quote from Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana. The guy who is the main sales rep there was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Their quote was on a par with everyone else's. They don't hand-nail, they use pneumatic air hammers, and our house is very old so this would have been a disaster. We've worked on it and we know what it looks like and this method would probably have put nails through those boards. Despite him saying it won't, I didn't want to risk it. They seem like a fine company, and the guy who came out seemed very nice. I just didn't care for their installation method. The Sales guy was honest and said that they hadn't worked on many older houses, so I wanted to work with a company that had better experience in working with a much older substrate."

"Envision Remodeling remolded two very out dated bathrooms in our home. One bathroom was a total gut and the other one came very close. Tyler installed all the bathroom fixtures including tub and tub/shower, vanities in both bathrooms one was converted from a single to a double sink, upgraded our fans to exhaust fan, medicine cabinets, mirror and all lighting as well as flooring in both bathroom. I was told to be sure to call them back out to reseal if the leak hadn't been fixed, and that it would be no charge. So far so good, we have not seen it leak since."
