"When about 20 tiles were ripped off the roof by The Big Wind the other day I had to scramble to get it fixed before the rain and snow came again. These guys came in same day I called to check the roof and bid replacing it since it's 25 years old. I had a bid from last year already when I had needed a repair. This company's bid was significantly lower... I'm talking less than half the other companies bid. The sales guy showed me what they would do on his IPAD. They put padding/insulation down under the new shingles so even if they would blow off water will still not get in. 25 year warranty. The work looked and ended up being extremely professional. They came that night to repair the roof free of charge since I had contracted for the new one. Then they called a few days later to schedule the new roof. Sent 6 guys and had the whole thing done in one day. Looks great If you need a new roof definitely get a bid from these guys."

"As in my previous review with my first house, HGE roof and gutters comes highly recommended! Especially for anyone who has had to contend with contractor "ghosting"! In our experience, HGE "hit it out of the park" on the my first and then again on the second house a week later! The professionalism and workmanship of the roofing and gutter team, was top of the line. They wrapped up in a couple of days, fulfilling on their promised - "turn-around", delivering a high quality roof and gutter system. We couldn't be more pleased with the results at both homes! Where we did have an issue, HGE's Project Coordinator Emily D. owned the problem through to resolution! There was some driveway damage when the dumpster was delivered at the second home. And when I sent the picture to Emily D. she jumped on it and over a few weeks, coordinated between the dumpster and asphalt companies until repair was scheduled and completed to our satisfaction. He is an avid professional who confidently and tactfully shared product and company information; the HGE and Owens-Corning product and the workmanship warrantees. The logistics were expertly coordinated by Emily D., especially her particular professionalism and work ethic. As noted, she went "above an beyond" to ensure customer satisfaction, getting the driveway damage resolved, keeping us informed through-out, so our concerns were at a minimum through completion of the repair work. Again, the construction work/clean-up commenced under the lead of Mike B./Project Manager. The best part, No Contractor nightmares and where there were issues, HGE owned it!"

"We were in need of a new roof for our food pantry. And we received several quotes and decided to go with Troyer Construction LLC. Roy and his crew were wonderful to work with. They they were very knowledgeable. About the job. He explained everything that was in the contract and what would be provided, and he patiently answered all of my questions. His crew came in and worked it took one day for them to complete the roof. They were very careful in checking our property to make sure that everything was cleaned up. We and they removed all the debris that they had from the roofing project. They were great to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"The job was completed by an older expert worker and a young trainee in a very timely fashion.  Both workers were nice and courteous.  Some minor damage occured to the window screens, but it was not reported to the company.  The following spring the very top piece of the siding on the north side became loose and needed to be re-attached.  We reported it to the owner of the company several times.  He finally sent someone to take care of the problem, but he did not have a tall enough ladder.  We were told that someone came again and no one was home.  The company owner was contacted again several timnes and I was told that as soon as a current job was completed, someone would come and make the repair.  No one has contacted us to date after we have called and visited to office several times.  The siding is still in need of repair."
