"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"They were the first to respond to an oven appliance repair request. They are also very highly rated. They came to our house within a few hours. The technician was VERY expert and professional with over a decade of repair experience. We was able to diagnose and solve the problem in under 60 minutes! We had hired a different company over 2 months ago and they incorrectly diagnosed the problem and were not able to fix the issue. This company got it solved and working in under an hour! Highly recommended. I would hire them again, anytime."

"Don was great to work with! Would absolutely hire Integrity Appliance Repair again."

Instead, they provide valuable insights and communicate clearly, making it easy for everyone to understand. It’s refreshing to find a company that prioritizes its customers. Their transparent assessments empower clients to make informed decisions about repairs or replacements. "Fast and reliable repair. Very professional. Replaced the pump on our 12 year old washer in under 24 hours of contacting him."

"Responded as scheduled, kept me updated on ETA, and quickly diagnosed my gas oven, which was leaking gas. Because it was a connection problem, it required parts not typically stocked on his truck, which is perfectly understandable. Very professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the issue and offered suggestions on how to correct the issue. We will use Integrity in the future."
