"Outstanding professional work........Richard Sarimana was our inspector. He did a very thorough inspection of our residence and furnished a detailed explanation and pricing information of what needed to be done. He ensured that there was a good understanding of the services. We are previous customers of Pacific Coast Termite (PCT) and were very satisfied with their work previously and decided to use them again. PCT called a day before our appointment to remind of our scheduled appointment and Richard called 15 minutes before his arrival at our residence. Richard had excellent customer service skills and exhibited those qualities which you would expect of your employees. The technician who came to our house was Ron. As a result, the repair work which a previous PCT inspector had furnished did not have to be done and we did not have to spend any funds. Ron’s honesty is certainly atypical and worthy of recognition and a credit to PCT. Request Ron to be assigned as your technician………..you will not have any regrets as you will receive a thorough professional job coupled with an individual who has integrity. As a side note, if you have any questions re bowling, Ron is the go to guy......he gave me some bowling tips which I am anxious to try and hopefully, my scores will benefit."

"Joe Lutz Construction is an outstanding, professional, licensed, contractor who serves the Senora and surrounding Foot Hills area. This contractor can build decks, pour concrete, tile, remodel, new construction, and so much more. Joe laid and stamped a concrete walkway for us. During this construction, Joe found dry rot in 2 side areas next to his where his concrete would be poured- he repaired this at a minimal cost. <br /> <br /> In addition, Joe built an approximately 600 sqft beautiful redwood deck. Utilizing new fasteners technology, that hid how each fastener secured each board. And new staining technology that provided excellent results. <br /> <br /> Joe Lutz always does a wonderful job. "I had six contractors view the project and submit estimates. Ryan Kimble presented the most detailed and professional estimate. He was not the least or most expensive, but definitely the most professional. He inspired my confidence from the beginning. We agreed on a start date a couple of weeks out. He and one other worker did all the work on a very challenging job. The concrete living room floor was not level from any angle and he had to correct that with a new wood subfloor. Painstaking measurements and trimming to get the 'stringers' just right. He was an able 'problem solver' discussing options with me and my family on different portions of the job. He also poured a new concrete hallway subfloor, correcting slopes and other existing problems. Ryan also made an entry wider and replaced two external doors that had to be special ordered. <br /> Ryan and his co-worker arrived on time every morning, took a lunch break, and cleaned up every evening before leaving. They were on site for the better part of two weeks. They were both friendly and courteous and a pleasure to work with on our project. <br /> I am not an experienced home re-modeler by any means.
