Something very sentimental to me got broke i got told 'm sorry that happened they were told to becareful due to breakable items. They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"First, I get nervous about paying ahead of time for something, but I guess on a credit card there is always protection. It took a few tries to work out a schedule. I am guessing they do certain areas each day, but Dan was pleasant enough and we finally agreed on a date. He did call ahead that he was on his way, and they worked so very fast. I guess my only concern was that I initially asked on the phone if the garage was included and was told yes, but when he got here, I was told otherwise. He said the gutters were bad in some areas, especially on the garage, so it would be another 50.00, which I paid so it could all be completed. I have to admit, they had a large crew and were in and out in about an hour."

Foreman showed up as soon as a few days of rain stopped to deliver trailer and was very knowledgeable and helpful on what to expect in time and inconvenience. Crew showed up on time and worked quickly and did the full job Friday thru mid-day Sunday to minimize time of inconvenience. Job looks great and they did a great job of clean-up."
