"Over my lifetime I have owned roughly 12 houses, all of which required major or minor upgrades. I have felt with 100s of contractors, some good some very good and some just bad. I want you to know that Michael and Tim and daryl (tims son) do a fantastic job, with exceptional customer service. We were scheduled for a Wednesday and they called and asked if they could come two days early in order to get the job done before the weekend. They removed carpeting and installed Luxury plank vinyl downstairs, up the stairs and into the upstairs hall. Finished with proper caulk, 1/4 round and thresholds. They did a thorough cleaning of waste material and made sure we were happy before they left."

From the time they arrived here on time, gave me a very fair price for the work of putting down luxury vinyl flooring in two rooms, completing the work and the clean up, it was awesome. They are true professionals in every way. Their work is very high quality. They did a superb job with everything involved. It transformed these rooms by how the patterns were created from the vinyl. The look is just 'stunning'. From the way they began their work to the finish, they are true professionals. And they do beautiful work from start to finish. From clearing the rooms first, organizing all the materials, fitting all the planks perfectly, then putting on the baseboards, all the work was done in precision like fashion. They cleaned up afterwards really well, put everything back where it belonged and all in a short amount of time. I couldn't have asked for more. They work quickly and efficiently. "Highly recommend this company. Our house was built in 2020 and the hardwoods were installed by TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems during the build. Unfortunately, due to problems with excess moisture the floors buckled in one area of the dining room. When we bought our house, it was purchased â as isâ meaning the builder and contractors had no obligation to come back and fix any issues. Our builder connected us with Eddie, the owner of TPA Hardwood. Not only did Eddie agree to repair the buckled flooring, but he also sanded down and refinished all of the flooring in the main area of our home. This was a 5 day job that required new flooring, and at least 40 hours of labor. Eddie not only covered the cost of the material, but also covered the labor. I offered to cover the cost of material and he wouldnâ t allow it. They have completed the repair and refinishing of our floors (5 full days of work with multiple guys) and the house looks brand new again. Companies like this are incredibly hard to come by. I would truly recommend Eddie and TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems to anybody looking to repair, refinish, or install hardwood floors. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and integrity.
