The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. "This company was extremely efficient from the secretary who answered the phone to the dispatch of a person named Jeremy the next morning who arrived on time as scheduled. I was requesting an estimate to replace my main water line because I had no water pressure. Jeremy quickly assessed my problem and suggested we bypass my 24 yr. old water softener. When we did that I had all the pressure I needed. A reasonable diagnosis fee was less than $3,000.00 to replace a water line. I would recommend this company to anyone."
