"Horrible customer service!!! Just get the run around and then they say they do not get payment when there is proof. Ladies that are in the office are rude and do not care to update information."

"Today, on a moments notice, Jordan of Abel Appliance Repair, 972.704.9911, came to our home to take a look at our GE Monogram freezer. Within 24 hours, the freezer temp had jumped from 0 to 9 degrees. It didn’t take Jordan anytime to discern what the problem was. He replaced the needed part and we are all set. Jordan is so professional and pleasant. It was our pleasure to have him in our home! Thank you Jordan!!! our home! Thank you Jordan!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"I have used Countryside several times now. Every time they come by the job is done efficiently. They always communicate well with me on when they will arrive & it is as scheduled. I urge you to use them for any appliance repair needs. They stand by their work and make it right should until you're satisfied. I also receive options so I am not blindsided by additional expenses."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."
