"Excellent service from Randy. I would highly recommend his serviced if you have an appliance to repair."

"Mr. Appliance set up an appointment quickly when I called, and they worked around my schedule to complete the repair job. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely use their services again!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Saxon called and came out same day. Gave us a reasonable quote and scheduled the repair. This is our second time using and I will use them for all small appliance repair."

"The repair on my refrigerator was done very quick and efficient, I have no problem with the quality of service but I do have a problem with sitting all day waiting for them to come and them not showing up until the next day. Seems they told me one day and they put down another day in their schedule."

"So glad I went to home advisor and got appliance werks for my job very happy with them did a really nice job would definitely use again"

"The repairman seemed honest. He told me what the problem with the dishwasher was and that he could fix it but it would probably break again. We decided to just get a new dishwasher. He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest.

"Came same day, diagnosed and repaired in about 40 minutes. $140 for new pulley and belt."
