"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. "I am a senior with a background in construction.  After reviewing many contractors and speaking with some of them, I immediately knew I hit the jackpot when I spoke to Danny.
 
1.  He knew exactly what I needed and wanted done when I first spoke to him.  This entailed the replacement, repair, and installation of the items listed above with attention to quality in materials, prevention of future problems, a fair price, and a commitment to starting and showing up once the job was initiated.  Danny exceeded every expectation in these regards!
2.  I silently knew in advance manufacturers, quality and cost of exterior doors (including the french door), storm doors, door locks and deadbolts, leak-proof door sills for 6 inch exterior walls and a leak-proof barrier on the bottom of the door frames.  Without knowing of my preferences, Danny suggested the identical manufacturers and materials I had in mind.  At this juncture, we met and I hired Danny to perform the work.
3.  I am beyond pleased with the outcome of Danny's effort on this project.  As an example of his integrity, he asked me to trust him in the design and installation of an exterior octagonal window in a bathroom.  My wife and I were literally blown away with a handcrafted symmetrical waterproof tunnel and inside wall frame he created - more akin to an artistic piece than a window.
4. Inside work was always minimally invasive using tarps and soft shoes rather than work boots.  Outside and inside cleanup at the end of each work day was respectfully performed leaving no mess.
I would recommend Danny to anyone requiring any kind of interior or exterior installation, modification, or repair as I have seen firsthand examples of his experience, skills, and personal and business ethics.  In fact, Danny is presently working on costs to replace our roof."

"From the initial meeting in their showroom, the experience was handled very professionally and personally. The sales manager came to our home to discuss the various options for the replacement windows, and to show a sample of the type of window we had in mind.  His visit was followed several days later by a representative from their installation services unit who took detailed measurements of each of the windows.
The fabrication took several weeks. Although the estimate was for six weeks, the windows were prepared a week ahead of schedule and the installation was advanced.  The three-man installation crew was excellent.  They were on-time and fully professional in all aspects of their work. They laid tarps to protect the interior and exterior of the home, and were careful not to damage exterior plants near the foundation of the home. They worked a hard ten-hour day, removing the old windows, applying necessary foam insulation / caulking as they installed the new windows. Interior and exterior trim and cladding was cut and installed and all gaps were sealed.  They also installed the window screens as requested.  They cleaned up after themselves leaving no debris inside or in the yard. This was an excellent crew.
On the second day they returned to install the custom grilles for each window and complete the window cleaning and inspection. This took about three hours. The only glitch was that the grille for the large bay window was a fraction of an inch too long at the top. That issue was corrected one week later when a supervisor and installer returned to complete the refit. The result looks perfect.
By all appearances all the windows look great. We can feel some differences in internal temperature control even in these early days of the Fall season, but will reserve final judgement after the coming winter. It appears to have been a very sound investment in our home, and to cut energy costs.
The overall experience to date has been truly excellent!
