"For five consecutive years here on our modern homestead, we have used the services of Justin at Chimney Sweep Experts to clean our nearly 100 year old chimney and wood stove. From the first day we contacted Justin five years ago, he went above and beyond. Every interaction with Justin has been professional, prompt, thorough, respectful and honest. We know he has been honest because the only source of heat for our home is a wood stove and we have never had a chimney fire. Our chimney was built around 1930 and it does not have a chimney liner. We needed a professional that would go above and beyond because our family's well-being may have depended on his honesty. Each year we would call Justin to schedule an appointment and often times it was already autumn when we contacted him because of our own lack of pre-planning. Even when his schedule was booked up for a month out, it was well worth the wait. Every year Justin would gladly answer any questions we had regarding our chimney, wood stove, or anything regarding burning wood for heat. Justin always inspected the chimney first, then cleaned from above the chimney on the roof and then from within the house, taking the stove pipes apart and vacuuming inside the pipes and chimney. Justin always left our home very clean and reminded us as he left that if we needed anything or had any questions to contact him. We truly felt like we were always a priority to him, even when we had to wait for an opening in his schedule. We find it unfortunate that we will be moving out of his service area after this year, since our homestead is being sold. It has been an absolute pleasure to hire Justin. Rich's two man window team were fast, friendly and professional. The estimate matched the final price. There were no hidden fees. The windows I purchased were made locally. I got the exact windows I wanted at a lower price than I expected. These windows also have a limited lifetime warranty and are practically maintenance free. This job also included wrapping the wood trim around the window with aluminum. The team did a great job on cleanup too. I will hire Triad Installations again. "WOW....I wish every contractor had Richard's honesty, responsiveness, humility, personal responsibility.... <br /> I requested 3 estimates from roofers, all of which have stellar reputations with neighbors. Richard was first to respond with an estimate, and was always prompt with return calls throughout the project. This never changed. <br /> Richard was onsite working with his crew. They did the entire 2500 sq foot roof in 2 days including significant rotting repair and an improvement to our gutter system. <br /> While removing the remove, his guys knocked a big chunk of stucco off our chimney. I had noticed the big crack that had been worsening there for years...it was just a matter of time. Without asking, Richard called a subcontractor to come repair it at his own cost. I didn't let him pay for it, because i knew it was already vulnerable. But I was amazed that Richard was willing to take full responsibility for everything. <br /> The crew did a GREAT job of cleaning up after their work. <br /> Throughout the process, Richard took photos of their work. He showed us of rot where roofing had to be replaced. There were no surprises. He also got to the root cause of some long term problems that were all associated with how the original roof had been put in place (really lousy or nonexistent flashing work!!!) <br /> This was a STELLAR experience <br /> <br />"

"I went by the word of mouth on how great they were in 2014 and had the roof done in the fall of 2014 by them and as I can remember they charged about the same as their estimate. I called them back in the spring of 2016 due to roof leaking in one spot. They came out and told us the gutters were not cleaned out and as I can remember they cleaned one section of gutters and sent me a bill for $125.00. When I complained about being charged they cancelled the billing. But they did not fix the leak as it continued to leak each down poor. In the fall of 2018 two trees of mine came down on the roof and the insurance company came out and gave me an estimate on removing the two trees and re doing the roof . It took about 60 % of the roof when the trees came on the roof. Triad Roofing came out and estimated the cost at about the same as the insurance company so I told them to do the project. Their employees came out mid November 2018 and re roofed. By the way they claimed not to be able to speck English and left the day after putting on the shingles on the roof. I asked when they were going to complete the job and they told me no speck English and left. I then checked on their work and noticed some of the wood was not replaced and could rain into the house. A couple of days later I voice mailed a message to them that the work was not completed and that a leak had started where they had worked. I believe Travis came out and checked every thing in my message including the new leak and the leak from 2014-2016. He could not find the new leak and fixed finally the old leak.I received a bill for the full amount the end of February, 2019. I called and left a message for Travis that the rear gutter was not replaced nor the leaf guards. The leaf guards the employees took with them had not been replaced. He called and said the gutter only cost $4.00 a foot and would issue a reductions on the bill. I told him the gutter and leaf guards would cost more and was told not to indicate his employees stole the leaf guards. I told him I was paying the entire bill and he hung up on me. This is way I am unable to give them a good review."
