"Technician Mike arrived on time (1:00pm), diagnosed the problem and gave several options to remedy. Given the age of the my system (13 yrs) I opted to replace the entire unit. Mike coordinated with his installation team (Matt and Billy) who arrived by 3:00pm and had the new system installed before 6:00pm the same day.
