This remodel involved blowing out walls,, creating an arch entrance, and moving the kitchen foot print as well as painting, flooring, electrical etc. Kevin our GC was very detailed and communicated well with us throughout the entire process! When a few hiccups happened along the way Kevin was quick to fix and resolve the issue. All the work was done at a very professional level. Go ahead and call South Shore! You won’t be disappointed!"

"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. "Underwood Construction Consulting Incorporated UCCI completed a very successful renovation of the kitchen? sun room and laundry room in our home that included removal of a load-bearing wall and raising the floor of the sunroom. They also repaired hurricane damage to our roof, soffit, and front porch ceiling. This company was selected for our project based upon the excellent. Professional credentials of Mr Ted Lucky Underwood. Is the history of complex project completion and the positive reviews of his prior work? He had creative ideas for accomplishing the work. And was responses to every request and concern. They employed competence subcontractors for different phases of the project and held them to excellent completion standards. Two of his sons did much of the work on the project and were a pleasure to work with. We were very pleased with all of the work that was done. And we highly recommend Mr. Lucky Underwood and UCCI for similar or even more complicated construction work with no reservations."

"The service guy was very friendly and nice and installed side/ kitchen door and he put the studs for the shutter on every window and he numbered the shutters. I have no complaints regarding the above information. What I do complain about is they are very expensive. The sales guy promised someone would go around every window and add caulking to all my windows to make sure they are sealed. He also stated someone would come out and inspect the door to make sure it was installed properly and that was untrue. When I purchased another door from a competitor they put sealant in all the holes where the screws were so it would look more clean and nice. I called and spoke to someone at Morgan Exteriors and they stated they will not be sending anyone else out and I would need to purchase some sealant and do it myself. Ugh. For the amount of money I spent I should have just went to Home Depot. This was a very expensive lesson learned.. Shop around.."
