"This entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. First, the owner returned my call promptly, and after I explained that there was something unknown living in my attic, he was very transparent about the pricing and the process for each kind of animal that it could possibly be. Larry was available to come by the next morning. He arrived early, walked in, listened to the sounds in the ceiling, and immediately knew that it was baby raccoons. He then walked outside, and almost IMMEDIATELY pointed out the clues that showed how they were getting in. Luckily, the mother had been scared off by plumbers performing a re-plumb the day prior, so there were only the babies remaining in the house. They were difficult to get to, in the eave of the attic, but Larry made fast work of it. He then sealed the other possible entries, and there is a year warranty on the work. This is a well-ran business. I was impressed, as well as completely satisfied with the work performed."

"I'm very happy that I found Jason and staff from Animal Beware through Angie's List. I have experienced armadillos and opossums presence in my property before and contracted a with company T---T--- on a referral from a pest control acquaintance and found them to be expensive and without enough equipment (traps) to do the work correctly. For example TT only deployed one trap that sat against the wall of the house in a very visible area without any blending or disguising to help trap the animals. Having said that, animals were caught, but because only one trap was used , it extended the duration of the work and increased the cost as had to wait for the one trap to be returned after being taken away to dispose of the animal,but not returned on the same day. At a lower cost than TT, Jason deployed four traps the first day and within 36 hours the armadillo was caught (eerie enough about the exact time that he said that they are very active, 3 AM). He came out the same day to remove the trapped animal taking it away in a different cage to keep the multi-trap system in place. Nothing else was caught after that, but no other critter activity was detected. Jason checked daily with me on the status of the traps and for any new developments. He also stopped by the property very often to check on the traps and for animal activity in the property. He restored the appearance of the landscape/bushes upon work completion and filed the one reaming burrow with dirt upon finishing the work. A great work all around by him, a very knowledgeable and focused professional that I felt have my best interests at heart. And the Animal Beware office staff provided electronic and written documentation of all billing transactions and pursued my formal approval of any billing prior to submitting it. Will use again if needed without hesitation."
