"Great results cleaning the tile grout in my walk in shower and kitchen/entrance hallway. I have used multiple cleaning chemicals and tools to clean the tile grout, but could not do as good a job as APEX did (August 2021). The tile grout was sealed and it looks like it did 6 years ago. I would hire again for future tile/carpet cleaning projects. Thank you!"

"The floors were done very nicely. The team did get grout on the baseboards however. They did not remove all the soap scum off the wall where they were to clean the tile. They missed spots on the shower - cracks and holes in the grout which should have been sealed or replaced. When they came back out they did not clean thoroughly. The grout where the tile meets the floor was left stained, several spots were missed with the re-sealant."

I was replacing carpeting in the master bedroom with tile, approximately 300 square feet. I called several companies to quote and several responded. Steve McTile,LLC was very informative during our initial conversation and came out two days later to look over what the job entailed. When Steve came out he spoke to my wife and myself and asked us what we wanted to accomplish and how we wanted the tile laid out and told us what was involved with the installation as well as how long the job would take. He measured and quoted us a price which we thought was fair, and he was not the least expensive nor the most expensive quote. However, Steve was the most experienced and treated us as though we were his only customer. He has been doing this work for a long time and we hired him to start the beginning of the following week. Not only did he and his partner do an excellent job laying the tile, he was on time each day and kept us informed at each step of the process.
