"Cody is an excellent foreman. He has a capable crew and made this a highly successful project. My wife now wants to do ceiling and crown molding project with him."

"Joe and his crew were punctual, professional and extremely competent.  They assessed the extent of decay of the soffits and fascia on our 54 year old, 1800 sq ft house and carried out the repairs. They replaced many rotten boards, often with no evidence of a seam or other repair marks.  ..They scraped away old layers of peeling paint and repainted.  They caulked and leveled the gutters.   Joe , the owner, did much of the work himself and showed us what he was doing every step of the way.  He gave us tips on how to maintain the work.  Shortly after he completed the work, we had a downpour and all the seams and work held well.  He kept to the estimate, even when a few things were unexpected that caused him a bit more work.  And he left our yard and porches clean.  We will certainly call him again for other similar jobs."

"From start to finish the majority of the interaction with power home remodeling was pleasant. William our salesperson was amazing and he taught us a lot about windows and insulation. We waited over 6 months for our front door but our windows were installed on time and we are pleased with them. We had a few hiccups along the way and communication could be improved upon but overall it wasn’t a bad experience. They did do everything within their power to rectify the fact that we had to wait so long for our door. FYI if you are getting windows replaced go with power home, the install went well and the installers cleaned up after themselves. If you are getting doors replaced and you need them right away you may need to shop around to see what the wait time is because you will have to wait awhile. However I will say that the door is of good quality and the installers that installed the door did a great job"

"Everything was going great at the start of the project with the demo of the old deck in March 2016. However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."

"I used Justin Lambert, general contractor and owner of Total Quality Construction Services. He's a local guy, lives in the Jefferson area. He's good about returning phone calls, messages and visiting the building site. I LOVE HIS BUILDER, TOM !!! Tom is an amazing, talented carpenter and jack of all trades. My experience with the whole crew was most excellent. Give Justin a call ... ?"

"Ortiz was so professional!! Never had to wait for him to arrive and got the job done, cleaned up , and made sure we were pleased with everything!"

"It went smooth and fabulous! We accepted Rick’s bid with his assured confidence, and he was on site within days to measure and discuss cabinets and design. Ordering was also fast, and demo followed quickly. Rick’s wife Joanne helped with countertop and design choices. We felt like they were becoming part of our family, not just a contractor. Most importantly, we came to trust them implicitly. If they say it will happen, they back up every word and keep every commitment. They stayed within our budget constraints, and tried to help us save cost at every opportunity. Great crew, too. Very professional and friendly. We definitely made the right choice hiring Skyline Development."

"Frank replaced four 16ft tall pillars of the back deck. He was on time, fast producing quality work."

"He is very trustworthy and very conscientious about doing good work. He is reliable and comes to the job with his tools."
